“I am in the Portland, Oregon area and was fortunate enough to reach the local representative. He was awesome. I have a 2013 travel trailer with a black tank that was not draining. (We are living in it while our house is being built.) I was afraid I was going to have to take it somewhere and spend upwards of $500-$1000 to have it serviced…and right before Christmas. He showed up and went right to work. Didn’t need to go inside at all. Just hooked up the system and all of the junk started flowing out. Before leaving he used a camera to inspect the tank and ensure that it was clean. After, he gave some great advice. I hope I never need to use his services again, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second.”
